Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Business and MBA would be better)
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience at administration and management
  • Must be advance level in English (Speaking/Writing)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly staff attendance, overtime, leave records, SSB and needed HR works.
  • Organized in recruitment process, vacancy announcement, CV collection, interview appointment, selection and prepare Employment contract both for local and foreign staff.
  • Visa Extension, FRC and Form C arrangement for Foreign Staff.
  • Maintain fleet records, including refueling logs and repair costs.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for local and foreigner expatriate staff.
  • Supervise assistant, drivers, cleaner, and cook.
  • Facilitate to make contract with the vendor, and supplier
  • Liaising with Internal office & External relation with third parties/ Ministry Offices.

 

Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M.
Holidays: Half of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
