Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of office management software (e.g., MS Suite)
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Assisting with data entry and reporting
• Providing support to staff and management as needed
• Experienced knowledge of HR procedure & administration process and operation.
• Fluent English 4 skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good in adaptability, team working and coordination with any people. Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.

 

Job Description

•  Set up the organization development
•  Able to perform overall of HR & Administration process. Experienced
in complaint resolutions and problem solving
• Conduct performance appraisal for all employees
• Inform critical human resources situation and issues, including changes in manpower,
legal consideration, recruitment and selection, disciplinary and termination practices to
the management
• Monitor and review monthly Admin KPI
• Assets management

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday , Sunday & Public Holidays
