• တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲတစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ B.A (Eco) ဘွဲရများဦးစား ပေး
• စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ အုပ်ချုပ်မှု နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Diploma (or) Certificate ရရှိသူ
• Computer, Microsoft Office, E-mail ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။ ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသက် (၄၀)မကျော်ရ။
• စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု နယ်ပယ်တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရာထူး တာဝန်ဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး (၂)နှစ် နှင့်အထက်
• Leadership and Management ပိုင်းကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ
• ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ ချောမွေ့စေရန်အတွက် စီမံဌာနမှ လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ကဏ္ဍအားလုံးကိုကူညီ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးနိုင်ရန်
• အစိုးရရုံးပိုင်းနှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီအတွင်း ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများ တာဝန်ယူ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်
