Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree of business administrative.
- At least 5 years’ experience in administrative field with managerial level.
- Able to deal with local government office.
- For services such as extending foreign visas and issuing stay permits
- Managing renews rental matters. (Office building, Condo, Lendlease etc..)
- Managing daily transportation arrangement, monitoring & supervising drivers,
- Ability to work effectively and proven ability to work under pressure
- Good in computer skills. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet-Emil, etc.…)
- Communication matter such as labor affairs (between employees, employees and management, management and government
- Good in communication Skill, Presentation skill & Leadership skills
Working Hours : 8:30AM to 5: 00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
