Job Descriptions
- Operate the office functions to be smooth, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Manage Fuel Usage and run operation for fuel expense by tracking with GPS Software
- Manage the daily operation of securities and cleaners
- Conduct the Company License extension process (YCDC, Health, Advertising) within timelines
- Arrange for maintaining and repairing the assets in a timely manner
- Perform vehicle license extension and insurance license extension of office own cars
- Investigate the vehicle errors and perform repairing in specified workshop
- Purchase the office requirement and fuel for generator
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and services.
- Make Contract and running process for rent car
- Handle Documentation not only hard copy but also soft copy and register the fixed assets and repairing and maintenance of fixed assets into the specified soft file
- Prepare Monthly report for Admin Expense and Admin Plan
- Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD
Job Requirements:
- Any Graduated. Prefer related diploma or certificate in Administration
- At least (3) year experiences in related field
- Excellent Communication Skills and Organizational Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
- Able to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
