Job Requirement
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have at least (2) year experience in appropriate combination of education, training, and experience that includes extensive expertise in student affairs programmes and services.
- Enthusiasm and expertise to lead and manage in student services such as academic, administration, tests and student support.
- Must have a demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding.
- Must have good English speaking and writing skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Projecting a professional and courteous manner at all times when representing school.
- The ability to work as a team member and provide mutual support during peak periods and ensuring that an effective service is provided as all times.
- A flexible approach to deal with challenges and change.
- A strong working knowledge of integrated management systems and Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver against a number of priorities.
- Keen eye for the detailed and diligent approach to ensure quality and accurate results to any given tasks.
Job Description
- To provide high level customer service via email, telephone, and face to face communications with prospective parents, students and the wider community
- To ensure prospective students and parents are guided and encouraged through the admissions process in a professional, helpful and efficient way.
- To organise visits for prospective parents and students
- To liaise with members of academic staff to organise meetings with prospective parents as required.
- To give tours of the school when requested to prospective parents
- To prepare for entrance tests.
- To ensure prospective parents are informed of entry and interview dates in a timely and professional manner.
- To collate new students’ welcome pack materials & prepare ID card, car sticker, car pass, locker, chair & desk.
- To ensure that relevant material is on the website in a timely manner.
- To ensure that every student joining school at any time has the appropriate welcome and joining information and liaise with academic staff as relevant.
- To enter and maintain application data at all stages of the admissions process, including initial application, offer information and financial details.
- To provide reports to the Business Manager, Head of School and the Board of Directors as requested and in a timely manner.
- To organise and coordinate students’ admissions, registration and school fees
- To coordinate with the PR/marketing manager in the preparation of admissions publicity and information material.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
