Education

  • B.Agr.Sc and MBA is preferable.
  • Must have at least 5 years experiences in Agro-chemicals Field plus 3 years in Manager role.
  • Excellent community skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Market knowledge, Presentation and Negotiation.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
  • 15L to 20L salary is depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Achieve the sales target of assigned agro-chemicals (herbicides, channels by formulating sales planning and strategies.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including but not limited to regular follow-up with the current and potential clients, monitoring and collaborating with the dealers and distributors, managing the channels for the products delivery and distribution and payment collection.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies and manage trade expenditures for assigned key customers to maximize business opportunities and product presentation as well as promote sales and profit growth.
  • Lead and coach the team for achieving the sales target.
  • Develop and maintain the relationship distributor & dealer.
  • Collate and submit regular reports to Senior Management for evaluating the performance of existing strategies and sales periodically.
  • Perform any other duties as required related to marketing.
  • Set up Monthly Sales target Plan and Sales Reporting.
  • Must be handle of the whole Myanmar.
  • Stay up to date on current market trends.
  • Find new prospect customers and attract to confirm.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successful meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
  • Monitor competitors act on price, product and delivery.
  • Go to site visit according to the marketing plan.
  • Establish and Maintain sales objectives, strategy and plans.
  • Review each salesman performance and feedback.
  • Monitor delivery product to customers.
  • Make the action for customer complain and satisfaction.
  • Perform performance appraisal for the staff and develop Sales Dept.
  • Reporting to HOD for current and future plan.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
