 Job Requirements

  • Age between 25-40 years
  • Must possess a University Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of air ticketing & Tours operation experience in the tourism field. (Proficient in use of GDS- Amadeus, Abacus etc. will be a good advantage)
  • Possess strong communication skills with Customers who are keen to work in Tourism career
  • Able to read, write and speak English fairly, and emailing to clients with Etiquette
  • Good basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Typing in Myanmar Font is necessary)
  • Able to use social medias for company marketing (Facebook, Line, Viber, Tiktok, Telegram etc…) would be advantage.
  • Capable of providing excellent customer service
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, taking responsibility, commitment.
  • Be able to work under pressure and work overtime on weekends or holidays.

Job Descriptions

  • Operating tours such as prepare tour program/itinerary as required by customers.
  • Cooperating with Government Tourism officers from Myanmar Tourism Department as required.
  • Dealing with Hotels Sales for contract, booking and checking hotel invoices.
  • Dealing with Domestic and international air ticketing services with the respective airlines.
  • Do and assist in reservation and issuing tickets for individual customers, and tour groups.
  • Handling of ticket booking System (PSA) with care.
  • Comply with all reservation policies and procedures and standards of Guest services (i.e. handling guest problems, answering phone inquiries, flight checks, timeliness, courtesy etc.)
  • Answer inquiries to guests regarding information such as flight schedules, ticket fare.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements. Explain regulations, policies, or procedures to customers.
  • Coordinate with other teams such as tour operation team and tour guides.
  • Prepare customer/ticketing invoices and follow up the payment.
  • Cooperate with accountant for payables to airlines and receivables from customers.
  • Assist in requesting Visa services for customers from the respective Embassies when required.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Report to Operation Manager and Managing Director.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
