Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications in ammonia refrigeration or industrial refrigeration systems (e.g., RETA, REFCOM).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ammonia refrigeration systems in a cold storage or similar industrial environment.
- Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and cold storage operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for ammonia refrigeration.
Job Descriptions
- The Ammonia Cold Storage Machine Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems in cold storage facilities.
- This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of ammonia-based refrigeration equipment, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Manage the operation of ammonia-based refrigeration systems to maintain optimal cold storage temperatures.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot any malfunctions in the refrigeration systems.
- Monitor and control refrigeration parameters (pressure, temperature, ammonia levels) and make adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance schedule and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues with refrigeration systems
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance, and any incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ammonia usage, and safety inspections.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and safety compliance to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for maintenance and capital expenditure.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
