Job Requirements
- Proven experience working with and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and related technologies (JSON, XML).
- Solid understanding of common programming concepts and the ability to
- read/understand code snippets in languages like Python, PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with network debugging tools (e.g., Postman, cURL, browser developer tools) and log analysis.
- Understanding of web security concepts (SSL/TLS, encryption, hashing).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, API integration, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Experience in the Payment Gateway/FinTech industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service orientation and patience when handling client issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Job Descriptions
- Client API Integration Support:
- Guide clients through the technical aspects of integrating our payment gateway APIs (e.g., REST, Webhooks) into their systems, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
- Provide in-depth consultation on API functionalities, best practices, and use cases relevant to the client’s business model.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients related to API calls, transaction processing, data formats, and connectivity.
- Utilize internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems to quickly identify root causes and provide effective workarounds or solutions.
- Testing and Validation:
- Assist clients in their development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensuring their integration meets all required specifications and functions correctly.
- Validate API request/response structures, security protocols (e.g., OAuth, signature verification), and data integrity.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation, FAQs, and developer portals based on client feedback and recurring support issues.
- Create and update internal knowledge base articles and playbooks for efficient issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal Product, Development, and Operations teams to escalate and resolve complex bugs or feature requests.
Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
