Job Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture.
• Able to use AutoCAD/ SketchUp/ 3D for drawings.
• Able to use photoshop for designing.
Job Descriptions
• To perform submission to government authorities for approval.
• Manage drafting and drawings of floor plans and other architectural works for authority’s approval.
• To liaise and communicate with contractors, clients on submission status.
• To attend meetings and site visit with clients and contractors.
• Good at communication and need to manage clients, contractors and government authorities.
• Maintain and do submission for Interior, Architecture Work and Design & Build.
• Managing, Drafting & Drawings for Director’s Approval & Chasing for Authority’s Approval.
• Drafting Works to the Floor Plans or Drawings.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazzette Holiday Days
