Job Requirements
• B.Arch or any Diploma in architecture or in related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in construction supervision of interior decoration works
• Excellent technical drawing skills (Auto CAD, sketch up (or) 3D Max (or) revit, rendering software such as lumion (or) V ray (or) D5 (or) enscape (or) similar)
• Strong communication skills, creative and visualization skills
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Job Description
• Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections prepare related reports.
• Liaise and attend coordination meetings with client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on issues related to architectural works.
• Designing small to medium sizes residential & interior architecture projects from conceptual schematics stages to working stages.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as project requirements.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Saturday Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
