Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or B.E. (Civil).
Good English communication skills; ability to read and understand English documents.
Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in architectural design and construction management.
Experience in High-rise Residential projects is highly advantageous.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (V-Ray or Enscape experience is a plus).

Job Descriptions

Lead the internal design team, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to ensure all deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards.
Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all designs are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to the client brief.
Review and synchronize architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. You’ll ensure everything is “build-ready” and compliant with local regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met without compromise.
Lead site inspections and monitor contractor performance. You will review shop drawings and installation methods to ensure they match the approved design.
Curate and recommend material specifications for management approval and oversee the preparation of submission drawings for construction permits.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide technical design input promotional materials.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Holidays: Sunday and Public Holiday
