Job Requirement
• Prefer Bachelor Degree holder
• Strong experience from Microfinance/banking underground on Credit Collections is pre-ferred.
• Computer Skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
Job Descriptions
• တာ၀န်ချမှတ်ထားသော ဒေသအလိုက် ငွေပေးချေမှု ပြုလုပ်ရန် ကြန့်ကြာနေသော Customers များထံမှ နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်၊ လစဉ် Collections များရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Market Visit/Home Visit သွားရောက်၍ Disable များလျှော့ကျစေရန်၊ Customers များ ငွေပြန်လည် ပေးချေမှု ပြုလုပ်လာရန် နှင့် Quality of Sales ဖြစ်မဖြစ် လေ့လာ စမ်းစစ်မှုများပြုလုပ်ရန်။
• Field ထဲမှ တွေ့ရှိသော အရောင်းပိုင်းနှင့် ငွေကောက်ခံမှု အပိုင်း နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော အချက်အလက်များအား Sales နှင့် Risk Leardership team အား အပတ်စဉ် Report ပေးပို့ရန်။
• Poor Scoring agent နှင့် Highly disabled customers ကို Follow up လုပ်ရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
