Job Requirements

Any Graduate
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager, Hospitality Manager in F&B field
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive Bakery and Coffee (F&B) knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Minimum 5 years of F&B working experience which will include 2 years of F&B management
Must have English four skills and Computer skills (Microsoft -word, excel, Internet & email)
Good Communication skills

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Bake Houses
Track and check the order for each Bake Houses
Review and organise all bake houses’s team members and leaders are delivering their service and maxim-ize customer satisfaction
Regularly review product quality and research customer feedbacks
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Round check and give feedback to improve of cleaningness each outlets
Review day to day sales and damage reports
Check the ERP and POS reports once discrepancy or some errors
Control operational costs and identify measures to cost management
Create detailed reports on weekly , monthly and annual sales and damage
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future bake house operations
Cooperate with Barista team to promote new drinks menu and taste review
Directing all operational aspects including customer service , human resources , administration and sales
Analyze and plan the sales and shift of sales , order and staff management
Organise and review of monthly inventory of equipments
Ensure all bake house operate efficiently and profitably , achieving sales targets.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6:30am – 3;30pm to 11:30am – 8:30pm)
Holiday: A Day per week
Benefit: Lunch will be provided
