Position Summary:
- The Bancassurance Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the bancassurance business operations within a specific geographic area.
- This role involves managing a team of bancassurance sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, and ensuring that sales targets and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bancassurance sales professionals to hit the target.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team.
- Communicating for the conflict resolution with friendly manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the bancassurance sales targets for the designated area.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders within the area.
- Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts between bancassurance staff and bank personnel promptly and effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality and customer experience.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the team and banking partners.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, and banking.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office.
Preferred skills:
- Professional certifications in insurance or finance.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Working Environment:
- Primarily office-based with regular visits to bank branches.
- Occasional travel for meetings, training, and customer interactions.
