Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food supplement marketing.
- Strong knowledge of doctor detailing, KOL management, and prescription-driven marketing.
- Experience in event coordination, booth exhibitions, and product promotion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
- Doctor Detailing & Prescription Generation
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote pharmaceutical and food supplement products.
Deliver scientific detailing and promotional messaging to doctors in the assigned therapeutic area.
Identify and expand the prescriber base to maximize prescription generation. - KOL Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product advocacy.
Support the Marketing Manager in organizing KOL meetings, roundtable discussions, and advisory board sessions. - Sales Tracking & Performance Monitoring
Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance and provide updates to the Marketing Manager.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies. - Route-to-Market (RTM) Support
Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient product distribution and availability in the market.
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions to improve reach and sales penetration. - CME, Booth Exhibitions & Event Coordination
Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for doctors.
Organize and manage booth exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
Assist in event logistics, doctor invitations, and post-event follow-ups. - Marketing Budget & Promotional Material Management
Assist in preparing monthly KOL care budgets and marketing activity expenses.
Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to the field team. - Sales Order Coordination & Payment Follow-Up
Collect and submit sales orders from the field to the Sales Admin (Accounts Department).
Follow up with the Distribution Team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with the Cash Collection Team to track and follow up on pending payments.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
