Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma or above in any related field
- Ability to travel locally
- Ability to work in Market
- Ability to work under pressure & timeline
- At least 2 year experience in mobile/electronic sales and marketing field is highly valued (OR) 2 years experience in FMCG/telecom field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers (mobile shops) and master dealers
Responsibilities:
- Manage team members to drive sell out target achievement, routing plan and market share
- Manage team performance, coach and motivate
- Build relationship with key customers in order to drive Samsung performance
- Propose improvement plan for promoter allocation, trade deal, incentive scheme etc
- Provide report back to Samsung management
- Monitor all KPIs and take actions on daily basic
- Ensure effectiveness of Samsung promotion programs
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
