Job Descriptions
- As an Art Director based in Yangon, you drive creative excellence across digital, traditional, motion, and tech-led executions for both client and internal projects.
- You core roles are to support the company with ideating, proposing, and executing visual concepts that elevate our creative output.
- This role collaborates closely with the GCCO, Accounts and design team while inspiring, guiding, and developing creative members across markets.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Ideation & Execution
- Develop pitch proposals, creative concepts, campaign directions, and visual exploration for client and internal projects.
- Lead art execution across digital content, brand assets, traditional ATL materials, tech-related products (web/app UX/UI), and motion requests.
- Ensure brand consistency, creative quality, and conceptual clarity across deliverables.
Design and technical ability
- Strong design fundamentals with high-quality execution across digital and print.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe, Figma, and modern AI tools.
- Turns ideas into clean, production-ready assets with precision.
- Sharp eye for layout, typography, and detail.
- Adapts seamlessly across formats without losing visual integrity.
Production: Art Direction & Concept
- Have proven experience is concept thinking, vision setting, planning and executing production in all motion and non-motion formats. This includes large scale and small-scale production work.
Creative Team Inspiration
- Share experience, feedback, and visual direction with designers, editors, and content creators.
- Help inspire, collaborative, and boundary-pushing creative culture.
Local Partner Collaboration
- Communicate with Myanmar-based production vendors, talent partners, and creative resources to shape projects.
- Present creative direction and feedback internally in Burmese & English when required.
- Present creative direction to clients in Burmese & English when required.
Workload & Delivery Support
- Assist project managers to plan resource requirements, timelines, and workflows.
- Help ensure efficient delivery of assets across multiple markets and time zones.
Common Responsibilities
- Maintain organized working files, version control, and asset management standards.
- Support day-to-day creative tasks, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.
- Participate in internal meetings, creative reviews, and development discussions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams (Media, Tech, Strategy, Production).
Reporting Structure
- This role reports directly to the following BrndWrx leadership members:
- Global Chief Creative Officer (GCCO)
Requirements
- 5+ Years Agency Experience.
- 3+ Years’ Experience as an Art Director.
- Fluent in Myanmar – Confident in English (Can describe work and present to client).
- Professional level technical ability in all industry software.
- Lives in Yangon Full time.
- Proven experience in production (A Portfolio with concepts and onset production output).
- Proven advertising work 360 mediums (A Portfolio with brand campaign rollouts).
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
