Job Description

  • Assist in coordinating all pre-exam, during-exam, and post-exam activities.
  • Ensure the secure receipt, storage, and dispatch of examination papers and materials.
  • Oversee seating arrangements, invigilation schedules, and candidate logistics.
  • Monitor the setup of examination halls, IT systems, and security arrangements.
  • Handle candidate registration, attendance, and verification processes.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the exam center.
  • Supervise administrative staff, invigilators, and support personnel.
  • Maintain communication between the exam center and the controlling authority.
  • Ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment, stationery, and facilities.
  • Enforce examination rules, confidentiality protocols, and data protection guidelines.
  • Monitor security systems (CCTV, ID verification, etc.) during exams.
  • Report and document any irregularities, malpractices, or incidents immediately.
  • Manage inventory of examination materials and administrative supplies.
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, and readiness of exam halls and administrative areas.
  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance, logistics, and technical support.
  • Prepare administrative and operational reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, logistics, and incident reports.
  • Support audit processes and compliance checks by examination authorities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative or operations experience (education/exam sector preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
  • Business English & strong communication skill
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 4:30PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
