- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Admin certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably managing multiple branches
- Strong leadership, organizational, and budgeting skills
- Proficient in MS Office and vendor/administrative coordination
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication skills; responsible and detail-oriented
Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily administrative operations across Head Office and branches to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.
- Supervise and support administrative teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Manage company assets, inventory records, and office facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate travel, transport, logistics, and company vehicle arrangements.
- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and administrative financial documentation.
- Handle procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Head Office, branches, and departments.
- Assist the Head of HR & Admin in planning, reporting, and special assignments.
- All official corporate documents are prepared in English, and bilingual
communication is an essential part of our daily operations.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
