Job Description

  • Daily Car Arrange follow up (Day/Night Ferry & Day car Assign)
  • Security Daily Checked & Management
  • Cleaner checked & small maintenance Case
  • Car Maintenance arrange (Check)
  • Weekly Driver meeting
  • General Expenses (Payment arrange for supplier)
  • All Branch Small Expenses
  • Petro control and Payment
  • Regular Maintenance arrange (include all Branch)
  • Stationary List/ Employee Phone Bill & Customer Ph bill List
  • Fix Assess List (Store List)
  • Document Keeping
  • New Building renovation
  • Reporting

Job Requriement

  • Any degree or diploma holder.
  • At least 5-year experience in admin/HR work.
  • Good in English – 4 skills
  • To have the knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
  • To able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
  • To able to use MS word, excel and Outlook.
  • To able to work overtime occasionally.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Sunday (Or) Monday & Public Holidays
