- Daily Car Arrange follow up (Day/Night Ferry & Day car Assign)
- Security Daily Checked & Management
- Cleaner checked & small maintenance Case
- Car Maintenance arrange (Check)
- Weekly Driver meeting
- General Expenses (Payment arrange for supplier)
- All Branch Small Expenses
- Petro control and Payment
- Regular Maintenance arrange (include all Branch)
- Stationary List/ Employee Phone Bill & Customer Ph bill List
- Fix Assess List (Store List)
- Document Keeping
- New Building renovation
- Reporting
Job Requriement
- Any degree or diploma holder.
- At least 5-year experience in admin/HR work.
- Good in English – 4 skills
- To have the knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
- To able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
- To able to use MS word, excel and Outlook.
- To able to work overtime occasionally.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Sunday (Or) Monday & Public Holidays
