Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification
Graduate in any Marketing / Business Management course
Minimum 5-year experience in Supervisor/Executive Level in Marketing and Branding fields
Preferred experience of some managerial role and FMCG background

Job Descriptions

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Monthly Sales Performance Analysis
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Leading localization networks and working closely with project team
Brand Marketing Investment Budget Management
Idea creation, planning and execution of Digital engagement campaigns, influencer campaigns, and on-ground activations
Planning and executions of consumer promotions
Product and Artwork development
Communication assets development (TVC, digital and Jingles) P&L Management

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
