Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, business support, personal assistant roles or assistant manager roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Myanmar).
  • Ability to work closely with top management and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible, proactive, reliable and able to adapt to different business tasks with anticipation.
  • Well skilled and experienced in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

Director Support & Coordination

  • Act as the key assistant to the Executive Director, supporting daily business operations and decision-making.
  • Manage the Executive Director’s and BOD’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and ensure completion of tasks by relevant departments.

Operational & Administrative Management

  • Support day-to-day business operations across multiple business units.
  • Review documents, letters, agreements, and proposals before submitting to the Director.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in exploring new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential investments.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, meeting minutes and investment summaries.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as communication bridge between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with government offices, suppliers, contractors, clients, and partners when required.
  • Maintain professional communication and represent the company with integrity.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Executive Director.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents, contracts, and files.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and update the Executive Director regularly.

General Management Support

  • Assist in financial tasks such as basic budgeting, expense monitoring, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle special projects and urgent tasks assigned by the Director.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
