Job Requirements
- CPA, ACCA Part II (pass) or Main Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial & management accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, international accounting standard (IAS), financial reporting, regulatory compliance and taxation.
- Strong ethical values and integrity in financial practices.
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Able to work with email and should have well in English.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators.
- Monitor budgetary performance and variances, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential opportunities or risks to Management Team.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for Management Team.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles, IAS, regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist in cash forecasting and planning to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate annual audits and liaise with internal auditors.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns .
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform other tasks when assigned by Chief Accountant.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30 PM
