Job Requirements

Job Description

To Check Daily Payment, Cash and Bank transactions.
To monitor AP, AR, Inventory Management for all accounting control procedure.
Final check for Monthly General Ledger and report to CA.
To check need accounts from software.
To create when need account item for software.
To Manage problem and solve for Finance Department.
To Develop and maintain internal control, policy, procedure and make sure to Effective Accounting System.
To Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
To participate in internal policy set up, review financial policy and procedures.
Cost analysis and financial analysis Monthly Report to CA, ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the Management.
Preparing Reports on Company Performance Including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Analysis.
Reviewing Financials Statements and Reporting to Management and Timely.
Prepare Tax Report and License for Business.
Any ad-hoc duties when required.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
