Job Requirements

Prioritized: Ability to apply for currently hold a Myanmar Ministry of Education (MOE) Green Card for teachers.
English proficiency: Intermediate level or above with clear pronunciation and accent.
Minimum of two years of experience as a English 4 Skills young learner teacher (documented evidence required).
Demonstrable subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills.
Ability to answer interview questions related to subject-specific professionalism.
Willingness to conduct a short demonstration teaching session.
Passion for teaching, enthusiasm for student learning, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to the school’s vision and mission.

Job Descriptions

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the UK curriculum and Pearson Edexcel iPLS standards (if applicable to the subject).
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning styles.
Assess student progress regularly through various methods, including formative and summative assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students regarding academic performance and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and school-wide initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Working Hours : 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
