Job Requirements
- Any Graduate and fully qualified Degree/Diploma (or equivalent) in accounting (ACCA part I, II) and Prefer BA(Eco)
- Relevant with previous accounting and management reporting experience.
- At least 5 years working experience and prefer working experience at Microfinance Industry.
- Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Basic English skill (fluency in reading, writing)
- Accounting Software, MIS
- Good time management & attendance
- Being honest and responsible in personality
- Developing positive working relationships
- You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, and a hands-on approach
Job Descriptions
- Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the financial books.
- Monthly/annual reporting (Management & FRD) pursuant to the above standards
- Implement, maintain, and monitor effective internal controls over account operations.
- Coordinate and supervise an annual custodial audit in accordance with financial Reporting regulation
- Ensuring/Monitor monthly account reconciliations AR, AP & Cash & Bank Reconciliation, Accrued, prepaid, deferred income & expenses with schedules; journal entry and adjustment to perform timeliness, adequacy, and completeness.
- Assist with financial and tax audits
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Monitoring all process of data entering into Musonoi system
- Prepare & monitoring the FRDs reporting (monthly, annually)
- Dealing with regionals of FRD and supporting information & documents
- Scanning Docs for attaching into the system and preparation Docs when required:
- Prepare report for accounts payable and receivable and for ad-hoc management report if requested
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
