Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Business / Science / Related Field) ရရှိထားရမည်
- ဆေးဝါးထုတ်လုပ်ရေး (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) နယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၅ နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
- Leadership & Team Management ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်
- Business Strategy & Operation Management ကို နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်
- ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချနိုင်စွမ်းနှင့် Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
Job Descriptions
- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဆေးဝါးထုတ်လုပ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံကိန်းအလိုက် ဦးဆောင်ညွှန်ကြားရန်
- Production, Quality, Sales & Admin တို့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ထိန်းချုပ်စီမံရန်
- လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ KPI အတိုင်း ရောက်ရှိစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ရန်
- စက်ရုံလည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ပြဿနာများကို အမြန်ဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်
- Management သို့ လစဉ် / သုံးလတစ်ကြိမ် Report တင်ပြရန်
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided (Pick-up Point)
