Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Relevant HR, payroll, or compensation certificates/diplomas are an advantage.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, or HRIS.
  • Experience working with payroll, HR reporting, and policy administration is required.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits administration
  • HRIS management and HR reporting/dashboard skills
  • High accuracy with data and attention to detail
  • Logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Confidentiality, integrity, and governance mindset

Job Descriptions

  • Administer monthly payroll inputs, allowances, benefits, and deductions in coordination with Finance and payroll service providers.
  • Manage employee benefits administration (insurance, allowances, statutory benefits) and ensure accurate records.
  • Support salary review, increment, job progression, and promotion processes through data preparation and validation.
  • Manage end-to-end employee data administration including hiring, movement, confirmation, transfer, and separation.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labour law, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Support employee contract management, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy covering attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee master data.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards (headcount, payroll cost, leave, turnover, compliance).
  • Support data requests from management, audit, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support development, review, and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent policy communication and application across HQ and project sites.
  • Maintain policy records, version control, and acknowledgement tracking.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in HR operations, C&B processes, and HR systems.
  • Coordinate with Admin, Finance, and site HR/Admin teams to ensure smooth HR execution.
  • Support HR audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Provide accurate analysis, insights, and recommendations based on HR data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR assignments as delegated by the Senior Manager – HR.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
