Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure new hire orientations are effective and consistent.
- Support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in organizing performance appraisal processes.
- Track performance records and follow up on action plans or PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).
- Assist in the update and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports.
- Assist in preparation of monthly HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Participate in organizing staff engagement activities
- Support initiatives to improve staff morale and retention.
- Collaborate on HR improvement initiatives such as digitalization or policy review.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
