Job Description

  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
  • Support in investigations related to compliance issues and employee grievances.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Track employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Calculate and conduct monthly salary, SSB and income tax.
  • Coordinate with finance department for payroll-related matters.
  • Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Handle employee relations matter in collaboration with HR Manager.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and managers.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee morale.
  • Work with ISO auditors to provide documentation and evidence related to HR processes.
  • Travel and audit to all branches quarterly.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR role, including 2 years in similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday & public holidays
