Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Relevant L&D, training, or HR development certificates/diplomas are an advantage.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 4–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Learning & Development and/or Performance Management.
- Experience in training coordination, KPI management, and performance review processes is required.

Job Descriptions
- Conduct and coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with business goals, competency
- requirements, and performance gaps.
- Develop and manage annual training plans and training calendars in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including logistics, participant tracking, and post training evaluation.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports for management review.
- Coordinate the end-to-end performance management cycle (KPI setting, mid-year review, annual performance review, and documentation).
- Support the implementation of the What & How performance framework and ensure consistent application across departments.
- Consolidate performance results, support moderation processes, and prepare performance analysis reports.
- Coach managers and employees on performance management processes and documentation standards.
- Support development initiatives such as leadership programs, functional skills training, mentoring, and on-the-job development.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and development actions in collaboration with Senior Manager – HR.
- Maintain competency frameworks, development records, and individual development plans (IDPs).
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs related to learning, performance, and development.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and employee acknowledgement of people development-related policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on training, performance outcomes, and development effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions on capability building and talent development.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS or development tracking systems.
- Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Admin teams to ensure integrated people processes.
- Coordinate with department heads and site teams to ensure smooth implementation of L&D and performance initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc HR assignments as delegated by the Senior Manager – HR.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holiday
