- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (Korean cuisine experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and kitchen procedures.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in preparing and presenting a variety of Korean dishes, including:
- Spicy Tteokbokki, Soy Sauce Tteokbokki
- Jajangbab, Kimchi Pancake, Seafood Pancake
- Rice Bowls (Seafood, Pork), Spicy Pork Bowl
- Fried Chicken, Seasoned Chicken, Pork Cutlet, etc.
- Ensure proper cooking methods, presentation, and portion control according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas as per food safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily mise-en-place (ingredients and tools) for cooking and service.
- Support the Head Chef in stock checking and inventory organization.
- Ensure timely preparation during lunch and dinner rush periods.
- Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining quality control.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and maintain a positive working environment.
- Follow kitchen schedules and rotate responsibilities as instructed by the Head Chef or General Manager.
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day (Shift Rotate)
Holidays: 5 days per week (Monday & Tue Off)
