Job Descriptions
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ မားကတ်တင်း မဟာဗျူဟာများကို စီမံ၊ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
• Brand Awareness တိုးတက်စေရန် အစီအစဉ်များ တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Digital Marketing (Social Media, Website, Email Campaigns) စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• စျေးကွက်သုတေသန ပြုလုပ်ပြီး အစီရင်ခံစာတင်သွင်းခြင်း။
• Customer Relationship တိုးတက်စေရန် Promotion, Campaign, Event များ စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း။
• Sales Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး Revenue တိုးတက်စေရန် မဟာဗျူဟာများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• တညင်းကုန်းလက်ကားဈေးတိုးတက်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးအတွက် အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေး Show ပွဲများ Plan ရေးဆွဲ၍ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။ (ဥပမာ : ဈေးအရောင်းပွဲများ ….)
• Marketing Budget စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး ROI (Return on Investment) အကျိုးဆက်များ တိုင်းတာခြင်း။
• Management သို့ မားကတ်တင်း အစီရင်ခံစာများ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirements
• Marketing, Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့ရ (Master’s Degree ရရှိထားသူ ဦးစားပေး)
• Marketing အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၄ နှစ်ရှိပြီး Managerial Role တွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူ။
• Digital Marketing Tools နှင့် Analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM) အကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည် ရပါမည်။
• Brand Management နှင့် Campaign Execution အတွေ့အကြုံကောင်းစွာရှိသူ။
• မြန်မာ/အင်္ဂလိပ် Communication Intermediate Level.
• Leadership Skill, Team Management Skill နှင့် Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Analytical Mindset ရှိပြီး စျေးကွက်ဒေတာနှင့် Trend များကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာနိုင်သူ
• Budget Management နှင့် ROI Analysis အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
• Problem-Solving Ability ရှိပြီး စိတ်ကူးသစ်၊ မဟာဗျူဟာဆန်သော Strategic Thinker ဖြစ်သူ
