Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with enrollment targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop campaigns to increase student admissions.
• Manage Open House events, school tours, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Admissions and Front Desk teams to improve conversion rates
• Manage and oversee social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
• Supervise content creation (photo, video, brochures, promotional materials).
• Build relationships with media, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Develop school promotional materials and newsletters.
• Represent the school in education fairs and public events.
• Prepare and manage annual marketing budget.
• Lead and supervise marketing staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in private school or international school marketing.
• Strong understanding of Yangon education market.
• Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker.
Job Requirments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience (Education industry preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Myanmar).
• Data-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazetted holiday
