Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. (Proficiency in Microsoft Office)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and team management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Description
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Manage catering staff, including scheduling, training, and supervising to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, setup, and breakdown.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
