Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in delivery/logistics operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations, and route optimization.
• Experience with logistics technology, tracking systems, and delivery management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics software.
• Experience in e-commerce, courier services, or delivery operations.
• Familiarity with data analytics for logistics performance tracking.
• Daily operations of the delivery express department.
• Implement and refine processes to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Analyze delivery routes and schedules to optimize logistics operations
• Handle and manage all import and export documentation for sea and air shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
• Train and manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages productivity and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery operations.
• Generate regular reports on delivery performance and operational efficiency for management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half Day),Sunday & Public Holiday
