Job Descriptions
- Conduct training on Mi smartphones, ecosystem products, features, and sales techniques.
- Train new promoters during onboarding and provide regular refreshers.
- Monitor promoter performance through store visits and provide field coaching.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align training with campaigns.
- Collect feedback from the field to improve training effectiveness.
- Ensure brand guidelines and customer service standards are followed at retail points.
Job Requirements
- University-Level Education.
- Over 1 year in training or promoter supervision in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
- Strong product knowledge (preferably smartphones)
- Field team coordination & communication
- Training delivery & public speaking
- MS Office & reporting skills
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
