Requirements
- BE (Civil) or B-Tech (Civil)
- Minimum (5) Years in Construction Fields.
- At least (1) year at a managerial/supervisory level.
- Strong background in Government Building Projects.
- Proven ability to lead a team with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in coordinating with client and third-party Q/C.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor the project team to ensure peak performance.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth progress according to the work schedule.
- Establish detailed construction programs and oversee all site management activities.
- Ensure consistency in project quality and budget adherence.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
