Job Requirements
- Any Graduate , Especially background in construction and Sales experience.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Reporting lines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Descriptions
- Assist to Sales Manager or General Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and goals.
- Supervision and support the sales team in meeting individual and group targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance KPI analysis for management.
- Manage of Sales and operation side , implement effective sales processes and training programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and achievement.
- Handling of customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth business processes. Manage and assist all showroom visit customer .
- Representation the company at client meetings, product shows, and industry events.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Sunday, Public Holidays
