Job Requirements
• Managing Sales of Branded Skincare and Cosmetics.
• Management of current account portfolio of clients and developing new clients.
• Forecasting business projections & trends, formulating result-oriented plans, setting and adherence to budgets/objectives.
• Analyze the performance of the launched products/ events and formulate future business strategies accordingly.
• Regularly review the performance of best-selling brands, sell-through, and stock portioning.
• Negotiate terms with Distributors/Retails (price, margins, delivery terms, and discounts)
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new product ideas
• Build strong relationships with Distributors/Retails.
• Drive Monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with marketing to improve brand exposure regionally
• Review buys and manages inventory for marketplaces and consignment.
• Ensure Business Growth through acquisition & growing existing clients.
Job Description
• Have experience in wholesale/Retail in Skincare & Cosmetic Industry.
• Knowledge about skincare & cosmetic sales is preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in sales field/showroom/mall sales for beauty category branded products.
• B2B sales Experience in the fashion/ Luxury/ lifestyle industry.
• Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork skills.
• Should have proven previous sales track record.
Working Hour: 9:30 A.M to 5: 30 P.M
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holiday
