Job Responsibilities
- Skincare products များအတွက် monthly & yearly sales targets သတ်မှတ်ပြီး achieve ဖြစ်အောင် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
- Sales team ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲ၊ training ပေးပြီး performance တိုးတက်အောင်လုပ်ခြင်း
- Distributors, retailers, beauty shops များနဲ့ relationship တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း
- Promotion plans, product launching activities များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Market trend & competitor analysis ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
- Sales reports & forecasts များ management ကို report တင်ခြင်း
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Any field – Marketing / Business preferred)
- Skincare / Cosmetics sales field တွင် minimum 3–5 years experience
- Team leadership experience ရှိရပါမယ်
- Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Internet)
- Communication & negotiation skills ကောင်းမွန်ရပါမယ်
- Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
- English basic–intermediate level (advantage)
- Preferred Skills
- Beauty industry knowledge (skincare ingredients, product types)
- Distributor / retail channel handling experience
- Social media promotion knowledge (advantage)
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
