Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Sale & Marketing Degree or equivalent level (diploma will be preferable).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing/ Assistant Manager role (Prefer experience in FMCG, Painting)
- Able to drive (Must have driving license)
- Able to use Microsoft office such as excel, word, PowerPoint, E-mail.
- Must be a Strong leadership with Good problem-solving skill and good personality/ well appearance.
- Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure
- Be able to Manage Sales team efficiently & effectively.
Job Descriptions
- To expand the company’s retail network within assigned region.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Analysis and Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
- Developing strategy, sales & marketing planning, market and profit targets.
- Responsible for reaching the sale target in the respective areas.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
