Job Requirements
- Any Degree with related Certificate.
- 3 years working experiences in Sales Supervisor position.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports to sale manager (or) reginal sale manager on buying trends and customer requirements.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering (new and existing) items, to ensure there are adequate stocks to always ensure maximum range and size availability.
- Advise and assist sale manager (or) reginal sale manager on setting goals and objectives
- Assign routine and non-routine tasks and duties staff to ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient and effective way and customer service policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor and control any overtime activity to ensure that manpower costs are minimized.
- Deal with any operational issues or problems as they arise, resolving problems as appropriate, ensuring continuous customer service.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
