Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree (or Diploma in Logistics/ Procurement/Supply Chain)
Must have knowledge of ISO 9001 – Personal Hygiene Awareness
At least 5 years working experience in Logistics/Procurement/Supply Chain
At least 3 years experience with mid senior level
Well user experience in ERP/Odoo/WMS/etc
MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Problem Solving, planning, flexibility, communication, negotiation, collaboration & leaderships
Physical fix to work under pressure

Job Descriptions

Plan and Maintain Forecast for all RM/PM inventory in determine buffer level and make sure not to be inventory shortage.
Material planning and forecasting, metrics development, attainment, property accountability, and equipment and material disposition.
Responsible for customer liaison, operationalizing requirements, developing material support plans and executing the logistics actions necessary to support the production cycle.
Determines the type and sequence of work assigned on the basis of work priority and availability of inventory and supplies.
Coordinates with Quality Assurance Department and management to ascertain the compatibility of procedures among various organizations.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage location products, strategies, changes, and needs.
Monitor warehouse transactions and inventory level.
Perform system adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Conduct analysis to effectively manage inventory control needs
Perform necessary activities to reduce backorders and minimize excess inventory.
Coordinates logistics projects/implementations.
Perform daily safety briefing
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
