Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Must have a Diploma (or) Sales & Marketing Management certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing Background.
  • 3 set of the structure (required to hire total 9 ppl).
  • Freelance to come office if required.
  • AVP reports to VP.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Job Scopes

  • Recruitment: Actively seek and recruit new freelance insurance agents to meet sales targets.
  • Target Achievement: To perform achieving individual and team targets
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of potential clients and maintain lists of prospects for long-term business growth.
  • Policy Delivery and Follow-Up: Ensure timely delivery of insurance policies, plan future follow-ups, and assess ongoing customer needs.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry knowledge by participating in company training sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Sales Monitoring: Oversee and manage the daily activities and sales performance of freelance agents, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized.
  • Salary is 7 lakhs to 10 lakhs depending on experience.
