Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
- 3 years experiences in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), WMS/ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and customs (for import/export warehouses) is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in managing inbound and outbound goods flow.
- Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure all operational tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
- Coordinate loading/unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain updated and accurate records in Warehouse Management System (WMS)/ERP
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports to management.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling of hazardous or perishable materials.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest efficiency improvements.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
