Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management (Prefer from Geology or Engineering graduated)
  • Minimum 3 years and above with relative role
  • Excellent problem-solving skill
  • Excellent in Computer Skill (Microsoft Office) and can communicate of English Language
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong management and leadership skills

Job Description

  • Sales Strategy:
    Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    Identify new market opportunities and access potential for product expansion
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
    Monitoring the performance of the sales team
  • Product Knowledge:
    Good present about products and pricing to customers and team to achieve sales.
    Must understand the products & sales strategies and train the team members to have a point of sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build the new relationship with potential clients
    Maintain the good relationship with key clients to achieve the target
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
    Set and Monitor Sales target & key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales team
    Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market analysis to identify competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
    Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Personal Development:
    Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales proposals.
    Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of clients in the survey and construction industry.
    Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency
  • Trade Show and Event:
    Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
    Coordinate the participation of the sales team in relavent exhibitions to showcase surveying and construction industry.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Develop and manage the marketing budget for survey and engineering products.
    Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure that sales activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
    Stay updated on changes in regulations and communicate necessary adjustments to the sales team.

    Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5:30P.M
    Holiday : Saturday,Sunday and Public Holidays
