Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales, engage with potential business clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and other corporate partners.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business, including negotiate contracts, pricing, and product delivery terms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion, particularly in the personal care and cleansing industry.
  • Provide demonstrations and promotional materials to ensure partners are well-versed in the products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations) to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the Lubricants, FMCG, personal care industry.
  • Experience working with large retail chains or corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Extremely organized and highly-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle numerous projects and clients at any given time commitment.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
